This travel grant provides funds for students in grades 10-12 or a recent graduate toward a four to six week cultural exchange to Finland, Japan, Italy, Peru or Australia during the summer of 2015. The West Virginia Department of Education is pleased to announce this year's statewide High School Business Plan competition. To be eligible for the competition, juniors and seniors only, must write a three page maximum executive summary of their business concept. The executive summary must be submitted on the Department of Education's website by noon on November 18th. Ten finalists wlll be selected to compete for a $10,000 scholarship at WVU on March 19th, 2016.
